Hahahaha. Oh man. That's good bait. Not because I'm not Christian but because I have a minor in criminal justice. I'm sure someone will tell you that defense attorneys are there to ensure the system works but still...lol.

It doesn't matter if you believe in God or not... they have a job to do and Defense Attorneys to do their job. Give the defendant the best defense possible. If they do and murders get off then it is the prosecutor that is to blame or the thinking of the Juries. Not the Defense Attorneys.

I hope you are just joking. A defense atty. defends those who have been accused. There are many documented cases where the accused IS innocent! Also there were many convicted, and executed , only to find out at a later date, thru d.n.a. , they were innocent. I am not an advocate of defense atty's, nor am I against capital punishment. But I would hope you would re-think the label you have attached to their profession. All suspects are not guilty, all lawyers are not representing only guilty clients. Whatever inspired you to come to this conclusion, please re-think how to improve the legal process, instead of the presumptions you stated earlier!

You obviously do not understand the legal system and the rights of the accused. Everyone has a right to a fair trial and, yes, sometimes people do get wrongly accused of crimes, thus letting the real criminal free to do wrong again. You would have fit in great in Nazi, Germany.

They aren't all murderers. And that's why they need defense... you could go out and accuse anyone of anything, they need someone to defend them. Quit making up weird questions to pick fights.

This is not a religion question, it's a legal one. The American legal system is based on two sides arguing. One side says "my client is innocent," and the other says "no, he's guilty." Somehow, magically, justice is supposed to happen. I don't get it either, but it's what we do.

You should only become an attorney because you like it.Lawyers have belief and spirituality too.Every one is innocent until prov in guilty. And in the bible it says let who has not sin cast the first stone, and don't judge UN less ye be judged.

Maybe they don't think it matters what we do to them on eath; that god will punish them forever either way.
Personally, I don't believe in a god, so no eternal damnation for murderers, and everyone deserves to have someone on their side in a fair trial.

Truly, I have never been amused or even interested in anything you have ever asked.
I keep reading your posts for the slimest chance that MAYBE you will have some interesting to say, but every time I am disappointed.
