I've noticed that the most inoffensive anti-Islamic statements here get flagged and penalized, but really hateful stuff -- check out http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AgsAEPm5bkmvTbhh9RzYUcfsy6IX?qid=20061207155806AAkNl76&show=7#profile-info-AA10104673 -- seems to go unnoticed even though I, and others I'm sure, are flagging it.

The link is an example of anti-Semitism that has NOT been deleted. Obviously I can't give a link to my remarks critical of Islam that WERE deleted -- since they were deleted!

i imagine you've been deceived slightly . The Bible is the most scholarly and seriously analyzed rfile on the planet. "All" mainstream Bible scholars regard it because the inerrant note of God-you've been misinformed or you're only common mendacity in this area. Now what about the Koran??? Why do not you study "Islam printed" by Dr Annis Shorrosh. he's an ex-Muslim with 2 (2) earned doctorates in faith. He became born and raised in Palestine. i visit promise you that Dr Shorrosh may understand a minimum of as a lot about Mohammad and the Koran as everybody. The Koran has been subjected to severe diagnosis-and it has no longer fared o.k.. it really is been uncovered as a fabrication. i'd assume that your violation got here from the first area of you question -no longer the finest area.

I don't know weather YA treats muslims any differently. Where did yiu get the idea the questionner was Muslim. However, the person asking has got their ideas wrong. Hitler was a power hungry, megalomaniac. It was not heavenly inspiration that got him to do the things he did but hate, hate for anything different to what he was so he incited fear and violence into the German people.
Just like the author of the said question is inciting hatred.

Cheers.

That doesn't look like something a Muslim would say. Is Zorro a Muslim?
Anyway, the general way things are on yahoo is that some things get flagged that shouldn't be, and some don't that should be. I really don't think there's a trend where it's focused against or in favor of any one religion.

I looked over that Zorro's questions and answers, and he's not a muslim.

I agree with you.
A lot of racist and anti-Semitic remarks are let by while many things against Islam and Muslims are penalized.
I suppose it's because the people who run this Yahoo company may very well be scared of a Muslim backlash. Now, are all Muslims bad? No, of course not. But after all that protesting and what not that that newspaper in Norway got for publishing pictures mocking their prophet, I don't think Yahoo wants to be labeled anti-Islamic, mainly for the social and economic repercussions.

No Muslims don't get any more preferential treatment than anyone else. some questions slip through the cracks and there are a lot of uncalled for deletions in all areas. just depends on who is one at the time.

no its not about special treatment, its like something called : BEING PREJIDUCE, so when u treat us bad and like we have no right or anything and calin us terrorists for no reason, just cuz ur president started sumthin that he has nuthin to prove or show for himself that hes worser than a terrorist cuz im sure hes killed innocent lives himself, so all u people out there should know that islam has been around for a very long time, and its all about peace and love, and believing in one god, but u americans and others have gone out and OVERRATED THE WHOLE DA* thing making us good people look bad, so its not special treatment that we gettin imagine if u were in our shoes or if u were black how would u like it if u were innocent and were treated like a SLAVE! or a TERRORIST! see thats peoples problems these days they only think for themselves and like to hurt people for no reason all i got to say is when day of judgment comes all of you will know the TRUTH!! AND BELIEVE ME ITS GONNA HURT TO KNOW THAT YOU PEOPLE WERE WRONG ABOUT US AND OUR RELIGION ISLAM GOD HELP YOU!!!!

I got an email from another user that told me to becareful of my remarks towards Muslims because he got an entire account deleted because of his comments. So yes, they get special treatments. It's the same thing if you say anything about black people. Once I had my account deleted when I asked why it is black people seem to know everybody and can talk forever about whoever it is they run into and all of their families going ons. Trust me, it was a harmless question but it was percieved as racist. anyway what was I saying?

God bless

They get treated worse than most people. If that is "special treatment," then the answer is yes.
