Grim. Especially if you live with him. He's grumpy - and it's hardly friday night behaviour, is it? I wouldn't go out angry, but stay in, and do something that you like - watch a tv prog or film he doesn't like, have a drink, please yourself - no point in talking to him about it this evening - see if he is less grumpy in the morning over a cup of coffee. You are probably not getting on - are you getting enough space from each other? Have you been living together for long? It's never all its cracked up to be - I know from years of experience! You do need to get to the bottom of what he;s really whingeing about (when I do that, like i did this evening, about the state of the laundry still being dirty after it was washed, and what was the point, etc), I was really just having a go because I am frustrated with everything at the moment! Try to get out of the house and find out slowly what is bothering him. Or, if he really is Victor Meldrew, it's not too late to leave.....I left it too late!!

If you love him snuggle up beside him, if not get your best outfit on and p--s him off by going out and having a good night with your mates. xx

Wait till he's asleep and put his hand in a bowl of warm water - that'll make him wet himself (honest). Then wake him up and have a moan at him - see how he likes it xxxxxx

Has he been drinking, cos mine goes off like that. He doesn't argue he just goes upstairs moaning and chunttering to himself. I just laugh at him, cos they're all mardy gets.
