It is dangerous to meet people in person whom you initially met online. They are just behind a computer on the other end of the line; they can "be" anyone they want. If you tell them you're 18, they'll probably say that they're 18, too. They will create a person that they believe you will fall for; who knows what will happen if you two meet in person. Chances are, if you two do decide to exchange numbers or meet in person, he won't be the person you expected.
The decision is yours.

Not all people you meet on the net aren't all rapists and pedo but If you really feel uncomfortable ask him to give you his number so you can ring him on with-helded. That way you can talk to him before revealing your number to him.
But becareful because he might be a pedo, you just never know.
