You do not want to or become fair, you are what you are. Love yourself and be very proud of your skin tone regardless what anyone thinks or say, when you accept your true complexion everyone around you will accept you and only respect you for being you. If anyone has a problem or complain about your skin color/complexion it is their problem not yours and chances are they are unhappy with their self and are seeking company. Whether you are black as midnight, white as snow or yellow as the sun, be proud of you, embrace you true identity, god made your skin color the way he love and want it to be and you should accept it. Please do not do anything to change or alter your true or natural skin tone but instead love, adore and accept it.

here are a couple home remedies for fair skin
For whiter and fairer skin.
You will need:
Coconut Milk
Pineapple Juice
Procedure:
Make sure products are all natural and not ready to serve. Combine coconut milk and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly and apply on the face by cotton balls. Leave the mixture on the face for 20 minutes enough to dry on face allowing the extract to absorb on the skin. Wash skin with water and pat dry.
For fairer skin and natural skin bleaching.
You will need:
Orange peels
Milk
Procedure:
Dry the orange peels under the heat of the sun. Leave it until it is dry enough to be powdered into pieces. Mix the powder and the milk thoroughly and apply this paste in the skin for 25 minutes. Wash off with water and do this regularly or alternate days.

You mean like Michael Jackson? Please be more specific. There are skin bleaching creams available, but I'm not sure how well they work, and it probably wouldn't be permanent, as your skin is constantly regenerating anyhow.
Just try to accept the skin color you were born with. If you are just trying to get rid of an aging tan, try exfoliation - using a gentle abrasive (no, not Comet!) to remove dead skin cells from your skin's surface.
