dove, tresemme, suave professionals humectant are all good ones. after you are done washing your hair you can add your homemade moisturizer. either put a couple of drops of conditioner diluted by water in a spray bottle or mix up all of the moisturizers you have now and add a few drops of olive or coconut oil and spread that on your ends. you can also put some oils and butters (shea and/or cocoa butter) on top of that to seal in the moisture. soften the butters (microwave or stovetop)and mix in the oils. with your conditoner, moisturizer (concoction or store bought), and oil/butters (homemade or store bought) adding more than that will defeat your purpose.
this tips usually work for all textures of hair, with personal tweaking of course.

Pantene, Dove and Sunsilk are all good for moisturizing. You could also try using hot oil treatments, Pantene makes some and so does VO5. If you heat style a lot try using heat defense or heat activated sprays to keep from damaging.
