weigh six on each side...
take the ones thats are lighter...
weigh three on each side from the lighter ones...
take those that are lighter...
weigh any two of the three...
if one is lighter, then that is the light one...
if the scale is balance, then the remaining one is the light one...

for the first weigh, put 6 at one side and 6 in the other
see whhich is not balenced.
just keep on dividing it
