This morning my friend was eating food and when I left I saw her spit up the food she was chewing on and she would eat it, chew it and spit it out with out even swallowing. I need help. I tried talking to her about this but she's like 'It saves calories and I can eat what ever I want...don't you want me happy?' I'm worrieD!

If you love her, tell her mom or if you're afraid send an anonymous letter to her mom saying this about her daughter. It is serious. Or you can talk to her teacher about this and see what she says.
Pray for her too. Prayer is very powerful.

Your friend needs help from an adult. You need to tell somebody. Starving herself will not make her happy. . . . and the body does not get the nutrients it needs when the food is being spit back out... she's only "tasting" the food and not eating it..

It's a serous problem all right and she needs help, if she is a juvenile tell her parents if not convince her she needs to get professional help... send her this video

She needs professional help, because she's not giving her body the nutrients it needs to "run" properly.

sounds like bulemia and it could get really serious, if it keeps up tell her parents......there are ways to deal with eating disorders

convince her that she is not fat, if she is.
if that doesn't work,tell her that you are worried about her.
and doing that is very cautious to her health. Tell her how you really feel
