Do Atkins for 2 weeks, just get off of it after that... Everyone I know that did it, lost about that in 2 weeks, and two weeks of Atkins isn't bad for your health... it's just if you do it for a lifetime diet.

20 carbs a day for 2 weeks, nothing more, be very concious about it, and don't cheat.

On top of the diet, do a 20 minute cycle on a treadmill a day, or go for a 20 min walk... It will work, try it, you've got nothing to lose except sugar and bread for 2 weeks.

The best way to really do this is to just eat meat (you can eat as much meat as you want, because it has 0 carbs), and find a food with 18-20 carbs a serving in it, and eat that once a day. You will keep the weight off if you don't go crazy after you get off the diet. Don't get confused, carbs does not equal fat, it's just breaking the cycle on how you store fat for a few weeks.

You might feel hungry even with eating as much meat as you want, because your body will be finding other sources of energy, and it will think that you need to eat more... A good way to deal with this is just drinking alot of water, it worked for a few friends of mine, the more water they had in their stomch, the less hungry they were.

DO not try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

Go to www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Drink water and eat hydrating foods like fresh fruits, veggies, and salmon. And don't drink sodas. They'll add to that pudge.

Just don't bother with crunches though. I've known for about 5 months the truth about crunches--you know, those "painful" sit-ups that are supposed to help tighten your waistline. If you have even a small pudge, don't bother because not even 1000 crunches will show improvement. And because of the stress it puts on your back, it can actually sometimes push a stomach FORWARD. So spread the word to your girls: don't waste your time on crunches. Just eat right, and walk it off.

Maybe you should consider working out to convert the pudge into muscle instead of losing the weight... Swimming 100 lengths a day for a few months didn't make me lose weight but I look way better after it, plus its a really healthy exercise compared to weights or even jogging, which is bad for the knee joints. Go with a friend with a similar ability to you and compete with them in a fun way to keep it interesting.
As for eating, stick with your 3 meals a day and cut out the junk, you don't need to try any hollywood bolony.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Diet and exercise is always the healthy way! Watch what you eat, and do 20 minutes cardio and 20-40 minutes of weight lifting and sit-ups and such. Even if you are a girl, you should lift weights because building muscle melts the fat away! PS- I've been your size before, it's so easy to lose just a little at your size!

Exercise 3-5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. Eat more fruits and vegetables and lay off any trans. or saturated fats.

If you are trying to lose your tummy, do some situps on your couch while watching tv, i know it sounds lazy and it is, but it helped me cause i am lazy. I could do about 100 without it hurting my back instead of just doing 20 and giving up. Eat one meal a day too, hot tea at night before bed, chamomile and drink hot tea after dinner too, hot helps acids and toxins flush you out. Good luck.
