I'm 17, male. My best friend went out with this girl off and on for about two years. She broke up with him about two months ago and he seems to have moved on. I still hangout with her sometimes, and while I don't see nor want a relationship with her, there is a mutual attraction, and if we were to hook up, would that be wrong?

Yep! Totally wrong.

You don't want that kind of trouble.

sorry man but you know the one and a half rule. They were together 2 years you cant see her 1 1/2 years. If they were 6 months then it'd be 4 1/2 months etc....

2 years is a really long relationship. Prolly best not cos they still probably have some residual feelings for each other.

Which one is more important? Your best mate or the girl to date who you might not be with 6 months down the line anyway?

Yes, it's wrong. If he was the one who broke up with her, it wouldn't be wrong because he's the one that doesn't want her and gave her up. but in this case, your friend might think she broke up with him because she likes you.

I think so. Even if they say it's cool, it usually isn't.
