In other words. How many calories are in 1 pint of 40 proof/80% vodka and 1 bottle (750ml) of wine (13.5%)...... and is one prone to make you gain abdominal weight more than the other? ..and is either worse for your liver/body in general than the other.

each gram of alcohol has 7 kcal or calories per gram requardless of the type of alcohol, wine, beer or liquor. convert grams to milliliters or liters depending on how much you drink and there you have it!!!! it is the other stuff that makes it fattening. equal quantities of beer and vodka have different calories based on the amount of alcohol (ie the proof or % of alcohol) as well as the other stuff in the drink like hops and barley in beer, sugar in wine, etc

and no matter what you drink... you're gonna gain weight, there are so many calories in liqour, you'll be amazed.

And no alcohol is good for you, and no alcohol is gonna be better then any other.. sad, but true.

i'm allergic to the sulfites that this is all purple wines and a few White wines - so I could circulate with a white wine (without the sulfites - the label shall we me know) time-honored rule of course is purple wine with meat and WHITE wine with Fish or Poltry and something is going with Pasta. i like Yellowtail

your serious about this huh?
Your going to ruin the spirit of xmas by counting calories.
Just think about this.
ALCOHOL equals CALORIES.
So we are talking ALLOT!!!!!
after a few shots of vodka you wont care if someone poops on your floor much less calories!
