my child just splattered ranch dressing all over my livingroom floor. what's the best way to clean it up so my carpet doesn't get funky?

btw: she's now grounded from eating anywhere but the kitchen!

i feel your pain!! my son got maple syrup all over my carpet. i would clean as much of it as possible with papertowels and then get the Resolve Dual Action carpet cleaner. you squirt it on, it bubbles up for about 5-10 minutes, and then scrub it clean and let it dry. repeat as often as necessasary until the carpet no longer smells.

The Dual Action Cleanup with the mix in it! Tide and Oxy mixed together make the carpet look WOW!! Lol. I think. You have spray alot though. Your child is i guess, stubborn or obnoxious? My 6 year old is like that too. She LOVES to get into trouble. She once ran all the way down the Cult-A-Sac and further. I had to get into my car and drive down to get her. I put her in the car drove home and grounded her for 2 weeks. Its got to be done. Disipline. Its sad though. you dont want to do it. But you have to. There is no other choice when you want them to learn a lesson.
