I drink 1.5 - 2 liters a day, but a recent blood test showed that I was actually OVERhydrated... which had sapped my potassium. More isn't always better.

I try really hard to drink lots of water everyday. I'm not always succcessful though. My body asks for water. It's interesting. I feel very thirsty specially at nights and I get headaches if I don't drink plenty of water. It's kinda nice because it reminds me I need to drink more and often.

I do. I have problem kidneys and don't drink any caffinated drinks or any high suger drinks like coke or orange juice.

Did you know that you can actually drown by drinking too much water... often when people are hospitalized from taking ecstacy it's from being over hydrated not the drug itself.... in my country the only ecstasy related death was from someone drowning from drinking too much water.

I probably do. I've always got a water bottle or something near me, so I drink that instead of always going for soda/coffee/tea, etc.

I drink about 7L of water a day. I guess you could say I overachieve, I say it's just staying hydrated 'round the clock. :D
