I want to tell my fiance that I really cant wait to make love with him after we get married. Cause he keeps telling me all the time how much he wants to make love and etc etc ...
I want a non sexual way of saying the same to him
I want to make it sound dirty but in coated words.

Just tell him that you are ready, and follow it with a very warm kiss. If you can't do this, there may be other areas where you are not communicating well.
You might want to buy some condoms first. If nothing else, they will show your fiance that you have given this some thought. You don't have to be ready to have a kid just because you are ready to make love.

hey dont know if there is a good answer for this one. I dont think you need to worry so much about making love to your fiance as much as make love with him. hopefully he understand this as well. there is a big difference between the 2. only you two can know when the time is right for that.

I have to say first, I admire the fact you are waiting for marriage. A good way of saying this might be writing him a poem. Maybe mention to him that you can't wait for the two of you to become one. OR maybe make him cookies and on each cookie put one word "I - can't - wait - to - make - love - to - you"
I'm sure he would like it.

actions speak louder then words. use your imagination and be creative. plan a romantic dinner for the two of you, turn the bed into a romantic get away. you know candles, soft music, strawberries and whip cream and some wine or champagne, put on something sexy and you should be good to go. if he doesn't get the hint after that then just throw him on the bed and attack him.

the best way for you or him? for him, all he wants to hear is, "let's have sex." for you, it might be different. maybe the next time he says I want to make love to you, you can say "me too."
