Mary Kay's new cellulite product - the Cellu-shape contouring system.
According to a 12 week study, 7 out of 10 women had less visible cellulite and lost up to 1/2 inch on each thigh! The product creates firmer skin, greater elasticity and smoother skin. Reduce the amount of cellulite-causing cells. How? It stimulates cellular activity and strengthens the skin’s support system so cells are less able to break through and cause dimpling on the surface.
Plus, the TimeWise® Cellu-Shape™ Contouring System is formulated to improve microcirculation.
Its 100% guaranteed! Its not on my website yet, but I can email you all info that is published on it. I am offering it 40% off for my first 10 orders!

Cellulite happens because the fats cells overgrow (or clump over) their attachment area in the body. In other words, the ratio of surface area to volume for that part of the body is higher than it should be (ideally, you want more volume and less surface area). The best way to get rid of cellulite would be to exercise your legs and buttocks. This will firm up those areas and reduce fat. Another suggestion would be to grow out your thigh bones longer. If you have longer thigh bones, then the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and the skin will all stretch out to accomodate the longer bone. This will naturally "iron out" the cellulite. If you look at taller people, they rarely have cellulite because the ratio of surface area to volume is in balance, or in favor more of volume. When the volume of the body part exceeds the surface area (dermal layers), you have skin that is flat with no cellulite. You can see people with shorter legs often have more cellulite due to them having less volume compared to surface area. It's the same principle with why people get wrinkles on their face - as time goes by, surface area increases while volume remains constant.

Coffee grounds! You can make a coffee scrub of used or new coffee grounds mixed with enough olive oil to moisten it, rub on the cellulite areas in the shower for a few minutes before rinsing, the caffine is what helps it, plus the scrub sloughs off dead skin. Just type in (coffee scrub and cellulite...on yahoo and you'll get many good reads on the subject) Oh and MASSAGE! I am a massage therapist, it really does help.

That's great that your dieting as you'll be much happier when your at your peak. A great tan can hide many skin blemishes quite well. And don't worry about skin cancer as there are plenty offake tans available from tanning salons and your local supermarket. I've read aloe and vitamin E cream can help in an attempt to rejuvinate* skin.

Honey, cellulite is the last thing to go. You just have to stick it out. Work on building strong muscles in your legs and butt, by doing lunges and squats and such. You'll never lose it by diet alone, you need to build muscle.
