Others have already given you the translation, so I'll just add that this piece of Latin liturgy of the Ash Wednesday is based on the Latin translation of a verse in the Bible - Genesis 3, verse 19, where God speaks to Adam after the Fall: "In sudore vultus tui vesceris pane, donec revertaris in terram de qua sumptus es: quia pulvis es et in pulverem reverteris." "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread till thou return to the earth out of which thou wast taken: for dust thou art, and into dust thou shalt return."

Latin's a bit rusty, but my closest guess:
Remember man...you are dust, and you shall return to dust.

Isn't that in the Bible?

Remember, man, that you are dust, and unto dust you shall return. I believe its a religious passage.
