All ways are my fave ways! Baked, twice baked, in stew, with corned beef and cabbage, mashed, hash browns (especially from Waffle House), fries, tater tots, potato pancakes, fried with onions, YUMO! Scalloped are good too!!!!! Ah, I cannot even count the ways I love potatoes!

It depends on the potato...

But I love fingerling potatoes tossed with a little olive oil and kosher salt, in a baking dish. Slice the pointy top off of a head of garlic, drizzle the cut side and place it cut side down in the dish with the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until the potatoes are tender and the garlic is roasted, soft, fragrant and browned (about 45 minutes to an hour.) Take the head of garlic out with tongs and let it cool a bit, then squeeze the garlic cloves into the glass dish and toss them with the potatoes.

Then you've got roasted garlic fingerling potatoes... yummy!

Crispy Potato Rounds

Ingredients

large potatoes
olive oil
salt

Wash the potatoes and remove any bad bits (leaving the skin on). Slice them into 1cm thick rounds. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil for 10 minutes and then drain. rush 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a baking ray and sprinkle with salt. A course salt is best such as Maldon Seas Salt or any sea salt which has not been too finely ground. Place the potatoes on the tray in a flat layer. Brush the tps with olive oil and sprinkle with more salt. Put in the oven for 25 minutes until they start to crisp.

There's no wrong way to eat a potato. It's the most versatile food ever. If I had to choose, I'd say hashbrowns since I've eaten them since age 2.

My favorite would have to be mashed but hashed browns and tater tots are good too.

My favorite way of eating potatoes are fried. First, you cut them into litlle pieces. Then, take a pot, pour a cup of water, then put the potatoes in. Add some flavoring too if you want. Leave it for 30 minutes with a lid.

Any way you eat a potato is the right way. I love them chunky mashed with gravy, fried potaoes w/ mustard, frech fries, and baked with sourcream and bacon or cheese.

Taters are the best food on earth, they go with everything and anything.

Baked potato with the works: butter, sour cream, chives, bacon pieces. I love it this way, but save it for special occasions only!
