Contact your dad directly and ask if you can go to stay with him. Tell him why you want to so much. If he says he wants you there then your mom is much more likely to let you go. Talk to a counsellor at school and ask for their advice, and tell them you want to stay with your dad. As a last resort you could try an anonymous call to Child Protection for your area. They HAVE to investigate, and it might make your mom and step-dad improve their behaviour towards you, and maybe make them keener to let you go stay with your dad. Good luck.
