This quote is written to spark the brain meaning to invoke on the would be reader's awareness of what is going on around , then if those who have already read had turn this awareness into action and have done something in his /her own simple way something to change the world...then it already happened but ...if this quote is read in the the future by would be readers...(maybe from generation to generation away from ours..) .then change will happen .(not yet done)

Saying Tupac or anyone involved with him could "change the world" is a bit much, don't you think? Do you think a gangsta rapper with a gun fetish is a role model? I think he's better forgotten.
