Give your skin a rest from all the chemicals. I have found Clean & Clear products especially too harsh for my skin (and I have not normally got sensitive skin). I know only use 'Simple' products which are great.
Here's what my mom used to do to me when I was getting teenage spots and it worked: After removing any makeup, get a clean flannel and a bowl of hot top water (as hot as you can stand) and put the hot flannel on your face. Keep washing your face repeating this with the hot flannel and it should open the pores. Then cleanse you face and wash again with the hot flannel. Don't squeeze spots unless they are ready - or it will hurt!

Clean & clear is just a con really, thats what the doc told me years ago!
Depends what type of spots you have....
- Red heads - caused by inflamatory/acne, dont scrub when washing, and dont pic them!
-white heads - grease/sweat ones. Just keep your face clear as above - this is just a sign your not cleaning properly
-black heads - dirt/grime. You need to wash deeper.
I got a load of this info of the docs, so hope you get sorted out.

I found that drinking lots of water helps!
I don't have acne or at least severe acne, if you have that see your doctor!
But for PROM i drank a gallon of water a day for a month (A lot easier than it sounds) and i had great skin and i lost about 5 pounds! I looks great!
Fake baking helps, but if you arent willing to stand a chance of getting skin cancer, stick to water!
It helps clean the body out, and stick to healthy foods!

I do have acne myself and have been on medication for it. I had "fun" with it all through high school. Now that I'm getting older it's starting to go away on it's own, but go buy yourself some lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and cotton balls. Wash your face with your soap that you use then go over it with the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. I know it sounds really weird, but it honestly works. Trust me. I've tried a lot of things. Twice a day. Morning and night. Just be sure to dilute your apple cider vinegar with some water or else it burns. Go half and half with it. Good luck! I know how you feel!

Keeping a healthy diet and drinking lots of water go a long way. At home we use the body shop blemish stick...it's tea tree oil. It works wonders for us.
