This sounds like a great question for your vet.
If you need help finding an avian vet, try this:

Yes...it needs Nystatin. Just like the last time you said the vet prescribed it for another one you had.
You need to start ASAP before the fungal infection gets any worse and travels into the intestines.
Call your vet if you don't remember the dosage.
Do it NOW.

The crop may need to be pumped. You can easily suffocate your bird doing this. It's best to let someone who's done it before do it.

If for some reason you decide to do it yourself and accidentally chock the baby, hold it upside down and allow the fluid to drain from its lungs.

Please get someone to help you.
Also watch the rest of your babies as they have also been contaminated.

Did you Check these sites out?? They helped me when I had problems like this. I got mine from a Pet Store and I noticed it didn t seem to be emptying the way it should. They will have very detailed information. And if you have to give the medication to get rid of the possible bacteria or fungical problem. They have things to give the birds after to resupply its system with good bacteria and also some natural fruits like papaya that has natural enemzes to help digestion. But it looks like the problem has gotten so bad it needs immediate help with these other things some of the others posters have mentioned. The handfeeding site covered some of things these people has mentioned.

Check this page out - it lists a few things about possible Crop Problems!
The top site is a handfeeding help site - And I think they could help
direct you. It looks very detailed ............. And this other site
goes thru alot due to complications of this sort and specific
natural things to use to help turn this around

Please check it out - This may can help!

Good Luck

Is this a baby or adult? How do you know it is blocked? What did the bird eat to block it? More info please.

Are you hand feeding or is the hen feeding? If you are hand feeding and it has been more than four hours, dont feed till the crop is empty.

You can give a little ringers lactate or electrolyte solution for humans 2 - 5 ml and gently massage the crop.

If it is the hen feeding this is normal, they feed continuously so the crop always seems full. Don't do anything.

it sounds like sour crop. this is where the food in the crop starts to ferment before it is digested. the crop needs evacuating to get rid of the old food then crop tube the bird putting saline directly into the crop and only feeding the bird very small amounts until it recovers. you realy need to go to a vet or find someone who know how to do it well. we do it often with falcons and hawks but a budgie is very small in comparison.

if the bird is on the bottoms of the cage, it is really sick, and you might be able to contact a vet and ask them to take it and hold it until you get the money to pay for it. it also may be cold or trying to go to sleep. if it is not sitting on the bottom of the cage, try calling a vet to see what the best thing you can do until you can get it to a vet
