Boas Festas e um feliz Ano Novo. Literally "Good Holidays and a Happy New Year. As you will see from this link, the celebrations start on Christmas Eve and carry right through to the Feast of the Epiphany (January 6th), hence the "Good Holidays" rather than the usual "Happy Christmas".

You could, however, say Feliz Natal e um feliz Ano Novo as an alternative (Happy Christmas and Happy New Year).
