True- no other gods before Me--that is what He said. Of course since God is everywhere there is no 'behind' God so no other gods period. The pledges are not Biblical. None, not even the controvercial "under God" one

Well spoken young lady! In addition, when people "PLEDGE" allegiance to the flag and pledge to love one another in wedding ceremonies, I can well imagine the Big Guy upstairs gets mighty miffed.

The 4-H club says something similar...
I seriously doubt anyone is starting trouble with them.
Move on...
"I pledge my head to clearer thinking...my heart to greater loyalty...my hands to larger service...my health to better living...for my club, my community, my country, and my world."
Didn't pledge squat to your god Miss smarty pants way down below here....

Why are you paying attention to "commandments"? Have you evidence, of any sort whatsoever, that the biblical tales have any basis in reality or fact? In any event, it is none of your business.
