What to do when you bought something but it turns out to be a disaster?

What if you bought something without yr parents knowing and you pay a lot for the item, however, it doesn't work and you can't refund it. Now you feel sad, pissed, mad and guilty. What do you do?

What did you buy that you can't return?

If it really was expensive, maybe you should tell your parents what happened and get your money back.

If nothing else, it was still money well spent. You learned a lesson. You may think that sounds dumb, but you will think twice next time, won't you?

If you still have the reciept of where you got it from, return it and get your money back
If you did lose the reciept, then try selling it to someone else in a yard or garage sale
or keep it as an antique
It could be worth something in the future
it also depends on what the thing you bought is
if it is not edible, then keep it
if it is edible, then try it more
you might get use to it
