From the UK. Hey nothing wrong with that. I noticed a whole lot of pubs, taverns, very busy even during lunch during my stay there.

I like to go to this section at times. I enjoy being in the company of others who enjoy a slight libation at times. The bar here in town opens at 7am and closes whenever. I suppose it is why I like living here, at least people like to drink. I hate it when people bad mouth drinking spirits..

lol the myth about the Brits being all up tight are just not true, we sure KNOW how to party................

But our pub laws are vastly different from the USA and other places.

And as for being busy during the lunch hour etc, some of the places really do do excellent food.

Its interesting isnt it . If you were in the midwest you deffinitely would have noticed it. We like to drink and to talk about it. Especially help others achieve a greater level of drunkenness that ever before which is why this section gets so many responses.
