Can anyone recommend a good site with pictures of stretches for increasing limberness?

With all of these, only go as far as you feel comfortable. Stretches should never hurt. Do these a couple times a day and you will begin to notice increased flexibility.

Yoga is great to increase flexibility and stretch you out. Do a search online and see what sites suit you, and/or buy some videos or DVDs (I like just about anything with Rodney Yee or Patricia Walden).
