Young as in teenager or young adult, like 12 - 20's. old as in past 50. And drugs as in illegal.

assuming we are discussing "recreational" "illegal" drug use most studies conclude that emotional and psycological growth is slowed upon starting use. So it would be worse to start younger. Of course once they are homeless and under the bridge. or unable to function because of severe emotional and mental deterioration respective age is not of much importance.

Teenagers and young children have no business drinking alcohol, doing drugs, and lots of other things...That is because they don't have the experience to judge dangerous situations and actions. They are likely to overdose or kill someone else through unwise use of a dangerous substance. Also, that is a time in life when the brain is still being formed. It's a mistake to take chemicals that can cause permanant damage, obviously. Having said that, my own personal belief is that once someone becomes an adult, they make their own choices in life. Have you ever heard the saying, "God said to take Whatever you Want--and Pay For It.?" There are consequences to every action. If an adult is willing to accept those, then that is their personal affair, but I believe that underage children and teenagers should be protected to a greater extent.

Yes! It gives you longer to destroy your brain. Drugs are an excuse for other problems in your life. Solve the problems and there is no need for drugs. He "HAPPY" and influence those around you, it will have a greater impact on your friends then doing drugs.

doesn't matter, drugs are drugs. however, the younger you start the more time they have to do long term damage to your body.
