Gas, maybe from eatting the wrong types of food!
You might also have an allergic reaction to some food, like milk or something.

Well lets hope is nothing, could be tapeworms. Or some sort of paresite. But im not a doctor, I advise you get that checked out ASAP.

Are you sure you aren't pregnant. I have known a couple girls who have had their periods the whole time they where pregnant. One didn't know till 2 weeks before giving birth.
