its usually as simple as having dry lips and licking them to moisturize them instead of using a moisturizer like gel.

Both. My daughter gets chapped lips alot, mostly during the winter weather. This time of year is also when we forget to get enough fluids in. Best thing to do is drink lots and use a lip moisturizer.

It's a little of both. With the cold air season upon us the dry coldness causes dry skin anywhere. Also, during this period try to drink more water and fruit juices. Try a moisturizing lip cover. Good luck!

No it doesnt deal with fluids. It depends on the weather.Wind and Snow usually caused chapped lists. This is people wind and snow creates drafts which make your lips feel dry so you lick them.

Probably a little of both. Moisturize with vaseline instead of chapstick and drink lots of water.
