i noticed that my dog had a whiteish kinda clear discharge. i asked the vet if this was normal he said male does usually have a discharge. but what i forgot to ask him is if it will go away when he gets fixed. will it go away? and when he lays down on the furniture there are little spots from his discharge. i think thats VERY VERY gross, but is there any way to clean my furniture??? thanx! God Bless!!

Thank you for asking this question. I have a Male black lab that had the same issue! IT IS GROSS!!!!!! Anyway we had him fixed this week and it HAS STOPPED. I would recommend having your dog fixed too.

Try this thought. Get another vet! Could your dog be suffering from a urinary tract infection? It happens to both male and female. Dogs or cats or HUMANS!

I suggest you get him a 'lady friend' for the day, so he can satify his craving..
As regards to the spots, they do normally stain unfortunately.
