Why do I get a headache when I lay on my stomache?

I wonder why I get a headache when I lay on my stomache, like on the bed reading or on the laptop?

Sounds like you are pinching a nerve in your neck. I get headaches any time I have my neck out of alignment and/or holding up the weight of your head like you described.
