C Cleaner download it free at filehippo.com

or search or another on Download.com, but these will be trial versions and not as good. CCleaner will delete all your tracks, cookies etc and fix registry problems, just make sure you back up in case you need to restore

jv16 power tools is the best registry cleaner and registry manager, its not free but you do get a 30 day fully functional trial. It found twice as many as system mechanic (which is about the worst software you can get for eating system resources and start up issues)

All the answers here are valuable, but I must caution you that without truly knowing what you are doing, the registry is without a doubt the most dangerous place to do anything on a pc. Do the words "system crash" mean anything to you. They will unless you really know what you are doing. Look for help on this one if you have any doubts.

Have a good one
