Is it ok if somone with blonde hair has eyebrows that are a little darker then her hair color? Or does it just look tacky?

If it is natural, it won't look tacky. If someone dyes their hair that looks tacky.

It really depends how dark our eyebrows are. Typically, most blondes eyebrows are a little darker. It 's usually okay. Unless of course you died your hair blonde, then i suggest booking an appointment at a salon and getting your eyebrows tinted, it usually doesn't cost too much. The next time you get your hair colored remind your stylist to save some hair dye for your eyebrows but do make sure they know what they are doing. You wouldn't want your eyebrow hairs to fall out.

It's more of a French look. I knew someone who was like that. DId you dye your hair blonde? You can take a little hairdye and lightly brush your brows with a brow comb, leave the color on for a few minutes (5-10) then wash off like you did with your hair. This will just lighten them up a little bit so that when they grow out, the color will be less noticeable. You can also use a little peroxide if you don't have dye left. Do the same process. Dip the brow brush in the peroxide, lightly brush on, then wash off. It'll being it down a shade or two and depending on your starting color they can either turn orange or light blonde. I have Chestnut Brown hair and did a test with peroxide on a strip of hair...it turned light blonde, came out just a little dry, but my hair never fell out. So if you use it right then your hair will be fine. The worst that can happen is they'll be bleached if you use too much or leave it on for too long. But then you can get some Just For Men's and go over them again.

Most eyebrows are a lil darker than your hair...now if its noticeably DARKER or a different color...tacky...

Well if your eyebrows are black then it may look tacky...but i am originally a brunette and my hair was blond for about 6 years... and it looked great! You could always use a lighter eyebrow pencil and lighten your brows a bit :)

I remember reading somewhere that your eyebrows are supposed to be at least one shade darker than the color of your hair (that is if you are dying it). Of course take into consideration your skin tone and what color you are planning to use on your eyebrows.

It looks fine if they are little darker. As long as the eyebrows are not black. It is not takey, most blondes are like that.

If black, you'll look like Phyllis Diller. It should be no darker than your hair down there when it's wet. Make a note of it next time you take a shower.

i think slightly darker is fine. if ur really blonde and have the same color brows it wont look nice...also make sure ur eyebrow have thickness and shape to them that would look realli nice.

A little darker is just fine. A lot darker, and it looks awful.
