I just played volleyball and now my hands hurt and it looks like one of my veins is popping out. What do I do?

right after i stopped playing volleyball in gym, my hands felt like they were swollen up even though they weren't. Whenever i make a fist, my hand hurts.BTW, i played v-ball 5 hours ago and the pain hasnt stopped. Please help!!!

Sounds like a hematoma which is in inside blood blister. Ice.

Go to doctor or get a pain reliever.
