Don't listen to these folks....
Efficacy for Schizaphrenia: 150-750 mg/day and for Bipolar Mania: 400-800 mg/day
Between 100 mg/day-800 mg/day for monotherapy or therapy with other mood stabilizer for maintenance periods
Higher doses showed no better results......but that does not mean that doctors don't give higher doses
Goto to http://www.astrazeneca-us.com/pi/seroquel.pdf
because it will give you prescribing information for both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder

Seroquel is probably one of the more difficult atypicals dosage wise. The dosage range is usually a low of 25mg (sleep dosage) up to 1500mg/day. In trials, side effects even at high doses can be comparable to placebo.

I have met someone who took 1400 MG. I myself never exceeded 250 MG. WOW Psxfff123 I never heard of or seen any commercial involving Seroquel what so ever! It is rather odd, they hardly advertise but are the Number one Anti Psychotic! I sure would sue them Astra Zenca Pharmaceuticals if it ever did anything severe to me!

The maximum is 700mg. We will use 25mg for sleep and about 350 - 400 to treat depression.
