Question for you: Does it really matter if it's fair? Do you really want to stay with someone who would throw your relationship away for something so childish (ie. hurt feelings)?

I was unaware asshole was a term of endearment. You sound high maintainence. First things first. If you're unhappy with his attitude towards your relationship, you need to think about who wants this more, him or you. If the answer is you, you can chase him to the end of the world and he still won't behave the way you want him to. I'd give you the scenerio on what do if he wanted the relationship more, but that's really not the case. In the future, don't name call.

I kid you not..the best thing you can do is not say anything to him at all. If he speaks to you then you speak back but make little conversation. You know why..then he will think you don't care. Let him think that because then he will be wondering why you acting that way and want to say something to you. He got nerve sending a facebook note to break up with you. Girl I really would give him the cold shoulder with his fake a**. You can do better.

He was wanting an excuse to say good by. If he is really into you he wouldn't be laid back. Some girl use that language I wouldn't want her either. No girl calls me that and i go back.
When a girl says don't call that means she is mad and wants you to apologize and gravel. When a girl smiles and says she is not interested, it means she wants you to show a little more enthusiasm.
when a guy says don't call he means don't call I'm done.
When a guy says I am not interested he means I am not interested.

Well, sounds like you guys have been having problems. It's not great that you call him an ahole. You should move on if you get pissed off at him and complain about him maybe you guys really should stay broken up.

If someone got angry and thought it was ok to call me an ***-hole, I'd dump them, too. I think he's right. Learn to control your mouth.

If something like that made him break up with you, he was just waiting for something to happen to break up. Leave him alone and find a guy that will respect you.

how would you feel if he called you an equally offensive name? You'd probably break up with him too.
And why would you want to be with someone who you think that about? You deserve better than that.

Yes, I agree with you. Who in the world needs a sarcastic jerk anyway. He did you a favor.

I think his behavior just goes to prove your point.....he's an a$$hole. Move on to greener pastures and find someone who's got their sh!t together.
