What to do in Milan, near Firenze Certosa in half a day's time?

I arrive in Firenze certosa in Milan around 1145 am, then the connecting bus to florence leaves at 7pm the same day. What should I do in the short time I have there? I am travelling on a limited budget, so hopefully I can visit someplace which people in milan identify to the best.

.Something in yr question sounds wrong with me. You say you arrive in Milan,near Firenze Certosa. Near ??They are abt.200 miles far since Firenze Certosa is in the neighborhoods of Florence,not of Milan. However by assuming you mean what you've to do in Milan in half day my suggestion is to buy a map and travelling by underground give a short sight to just 2 /3 places
(a must should be to go and see the famous "Ultima Cena" The Last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci but time it's too short also because you should book in advance).I suggest you il Duomo di Milano,il Castello Sforzesco,il Teatro alla Scala and if you are still there a short trip in Via della Spiga (where are the shops of Italian top brands like Armani,Versace,etc. but I read you've a limited budget and then don't go there !!). I feel this is more than enough for an half day.
