Imperial sauce from the crab dish fo the same name is typical. An easy one is mayo, lemon juice, dash of Worcestershire, light seasoning (Old Bay or the same cajun as in the mixture) and a bit of paprika on the top for color. Add it during the last 8 minutes of cooking and don't let it color beyond a pale yellow. Will trend to skin over with brown spots if allowed to get too hot or will dry out. This is typical of stuffed flounder in the mid-Atlantic region.

How about a little sauted onion, garlic, lemon, butter and some white wine? Simmer just enough to get the wine to reduce. Play around with the amounts. Season with sea salt and some freshly ground pepper. It's a nice light sauce for seafood, not overpowering, or too high calorie.

Some nice red boiled potatoes with a little parsley on top. You could also served a green salad with it. Make sure you add a slice of lemon next to the fish!

Couscous is terrific and light. Maybe some green beans tossed with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Onion rings, hush puppies, or corn nuggets are always good, too. To be really healthy a salad would be nice, maybe ceasar. Fruit salsa is also great with fish.

Cut sweet potatoes and or russet potatoes into steak fries. Drizzle them with olive oil and toss to coat, season and bake until as crispy as you like. Add some fresh coleslaw on the side. Make tartar sauce with mayo and relish. Who could ask for anything more?

All fruits are fresh vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out much too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
