hair gets frizzy when humid outside?

It is just one of those things, humidity causes frizzy hair. I think that this happens to everyone.

this does not happen to me cuz im black! but my best friend is the same way she usually wears it wet wit lots of this cool get for humid hair

I know what you mean I have gotten to the point where I don't even do my hair anymore it is either in a ponytail or I wear a hat.

MINES DOES!! ALOT!!! i consdered getting a straightening perm to try and fix the constant frizzyness on my strands of hairs on the outer layers of my hair.. and i dunno if i should or not.. you tell me if i should or not .. lol i asked a question about it already

I know a lot of people who that happens to.
Women is already plural, you don't have to add an "s" at the end.

Mine...always...even when I blow dry it and the worst part? I can't even brush it sometimes..no matter how hard I try.
