The best thing to do is minimize the odors in the fridge. By tightly covering everything, and wiping up spills, you shouldn't have a problem. Putting an open box of baking soda in the freezer and fridge will help too.
If you still have problems, you could seal your ice up inside gallon sized ziplock bags.

Baking soda is a very good suggestion. But there are also ice cube trays now with covers on them. I"ve been using them for a whlie, and they really help. Tupperware makes them. Probably Rubbermaid does as well.

In additional to the Baking Soda, then make sure the water is as pure as possible. Either buy special distilled water or use a Brita filter or something.

Place a opened box of Arm&Hammer Baking Soda in your freezer or refrigerator to remove odors which "contaminate" other foods.

Keep a box of baking soda in your fridge, and one in your freezer. I actually keep two in my fridge....one at the top, and one at the bottom!

Get the ice trays that are closed in. Linens and Things, or Bed Bath and Beyond have them. Probably Walmart too. They are like flat bottles with indents in one side, you fill them, close the lid, and lay them down. No smells get in.

Put a fresh open box of baking powder (or two, if it's really bad), and that will absorb all odors... it really works.
