Williams and Sonoma has some good wine glasses, a bit pricey but worth it,
on the inexpensive side try Bed, Bath and Beyond or
for dirt cheap yet still good get them from IKEA.com

Target has recently gotten some really nice wine glasses at reasonable prices.

for a good range of wine glasses at a reasonable price, I'd check out Pottery Barn. They have good large glasses for red wine, and tall flutes for sparkling white wine.
