Williams and Sonoma has some good wine glasses, a bit pricey but worth it,
on the inexpensive side try Bed, Bath and Beyond or
for dirt cheap yet still good get them from IKEA.com

for a good range of wine glasses at a reasonable price, I'd check out Pottery Barn. They have good large glasses for red wine, and tall flutes for sparkling white wine.
hope this helps!
