For guys or girls 18 and older?
So I'm crazy about this guy but i don't know if he feels the same about me?We flirt when we see each other i would just ask him but he is 19 and im only 16 so i dont know what to do.
I dont know what to do!

Well it is only a three year age gap. I don't know how a 19 year old guy would feel about the concept of dating someone under 18. For one, he may feel you aren't mature enough (I'm not saying you aren't, please don't take offense) to do ...well... a lot of things. Which you should be careful about if you do start dating but I'm sure you know him enough to make a smart decision. Also, there's a chance he may not want to risk going to jail and/or being called a pedophile.
Keep hanging out with him and get to know him more until you are comfortable enough to ask him out. Or wait until he does.

If it is two 16 yr olds, depending on how the case is presented-it can still be brought forth with rape charges but most of the time it is just thought of as two stupid teenagers. When it comes to having the guy being older, the 16 yr old has an extremely easy case if they had sexual relations. He is older-of adult age, and it is considered "taking advantage of a child" if he-or she since it can go both ways- if they are active sexually. This law does not only apply to guys, but to women as well. If an 18 yr old woman slept with a 16 yr old guy-the same charges can be brought against her as would a guy.

3 years is not a lot when you are 23 and he is 26 but in this case since you are 16 and he is 19 he has different interests and objectives to say the least. be careful.

Age is nothing but a number, but with you two it's illegal. Steer away until you're a little older you should be able to find other guys your age. After 18 it's all good.

Will, tell him how you feel. I am 17 years old and, Iove this guy who is 18 years old he likes me and, he looks at me. Anyways anough about me. Just do things that he like. Then do things you have in common together. Take him out for a bite to eat. But, most important make sure he knows that you like him!

It's fun to flirt but he is a little old for you at present. So go out into this big world and find a male more age appropriate for you and have some fun.

try to forget about him and find another guy that's around the same age as you. he is way too old for you and if people find out that you two are dating, they might freak out! and plus, it's illegal for younger people do date out of the 3 year range. yea, it's really fun to flirt, but at the moment, he's too old for you. wait 2 more years until it's legal ok honey? :)

Leave him alone for a couple of yrs, at least till you become legal. You would hate to see this guy that you like so much with a criminal record for messing with an underage girl.

Its not anyones choice who you date but your own.
If you feel that he would date you
Then do it.
I am almost 16
And I got out of a relationship last month with a 19 year old.
but the only reason we broke it off was because he joined the Marines.
But I now have a bf my age who I am very much in love with

well I would say that you are prob to young and dont need to beat yourself up over a guy but i know love is blind so the best addvice i can give you is buck up and talk to him tell him how you feel ... might be nerve racking at first but its really the best way.
