First of why God does anything only he can reply, I can give you my opinion but its simply that my opinion, no one is Gods mouth piece. A handicapped life is not a lesser life. There are many handicapped people who are happy with who they are and have many gift and talents to offer the world. There is no life born with no value, from the smallest baby alive for only moments to 400 lb guy to a beauty queen to a pauper with no legs in Bangladesh. All there lives have purpose and meaning all are learning different lessons and teaching a variety of things to the people and world around them. A wealthy lifestyle is no key to happiness or fulfillment only to buying more stuff. God only gives you what you can handle, yes some peoples lives are a larger challenge than others but happiness is not measured in things and wealth. If it was how can you justify the happiness of children in third world countries, they still experience Joy and love and laughter without ever having any monitary wealth there wealth comes in a different form. God creates us in all colours, creeds, races, abilities and capabilities we learn from each other differences and see the heart of people its our differences that unite us not our similarities. How boring and colorless the world would be if we all looked the same, earned the same, went after the same things, where is the learning in that. No surprises, no lessons, no heartbreaks, no joys in discovering something new. I like the world just the way it is ( alot more peace would be good ) apart from that I see the world and people in it as beautiful all shapes, all sizes, all colours, all denominations.
Why God treats like that?
I dont know but i for one sure am glad..........

About which GOD you're talking about. We've got tonnes of Gods around us. Every God has his own reasoning. There is only one guy who is sitting some where we don't know who writes our fate when we are born or brought into this world by our parents. We Hindus call him VIDHATHA. He has a super computer with Infinite Zillions bytes of memory. Once he writes some thing and commits to database and that's it. Even he also can't update it nor delete it because he too doesn't have that power. Why he writes the way you are asking? The answer that's his power. So my dear who ever you're a Muslim or Christian or what ever just forget all this things. Just chill and say a word Thank God when you woke up in the morning because that guy gave you another day to live and enjoy life.

Handicapped living entity is awarded to those people as punishment, who misuse thier body parts and do not bring them in use to serve god or humanity. So, God in turn takes away or diseased that part to make humas learn the lesson for coming future incarnations, so that he can judge his actions.

God is absolutely wise, and this is above any wisdom that we know, no one can completely realize his wisdom, but can you imagine our life if every body was rich healthy and needs nothing, no body will work or do anything because they will not have any motivation, they need nothing. Our civilization is motivated by our needs, we should have different needs and capabilities to help each other, you can find positive aspects even from the war (Ideally, war is an absolute evil) but for example, lot of scientific research and new inventions was motivated by WW2.

It's not God doing any of that. We are in a fallen state of sin.
We have full power to obey HIm or not to. We have full power to do something bad or Good. The only way God can intervene in your life is if you let Him into your life.

This is not God's doing. It depends on that person's karma ( the sins done by that person in his past)

You know I don't know why. I was raised that we are all brothers and sisters. I guess we all have to believe that we are who we are because of God's plan.

God only created the first human beings and we pro-create all others so the chance of faulty genes is pretty high.

Your answer is in the Quran,
[029:010] Of mankind are some who say: "We believe in Allâh." But if they are made to suffer for the sake of Allâh, they consider the trial of mankind as Allâh's punishment; and if victory comes from your Lord, (the hypocrites) will say: "Verily, we were with you (helping you)." Is not Allâh Best Aware of what is in the breasts of the 'Ãlamîn (mankind and jinn)?
[029:011] Verily, Allâh knows those who believe, and verily, He knows the hypocrites (i.e. Allâh will test the people with good and hard days to discriminate the good from the wicked, although Allâh knows all that before putting them to test).
047:031] And surely, We shall try you till We test those who strive hard (for the Cause of Allâh) and As-Sâbirûn (the patient), and We shall test your facts (i.e. the one who is a liar, and the one who is truthful).
[018:007] Verily, We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds [i.e. those who do good deeds in the most perfect manner, that means to do them (deeds) totally for Allâh's sake and in accordance with the legal ways of the Prophet ].
[029:003] And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allâh will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allâh knows all that before putting them to test).
[020:131] And strain not your eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to various groups of them (polytheists and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh), the splendour of the life of this world, that We may test them thereby. But the provision (good reward in the Hereafter) of your Lord is better and more lasting.
[005:048] And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) the Book (this Qur'ân) in truth, confirming the Scripture (Books) that came before it and Muhaiminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge among them by what Allâh has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allâh had willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so compete in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allâh; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ.
Finally,
[002.155] And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sâbirûn (the patient).
[002.156] Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly, to Allâh we belong and truly, to Him we shall return."
I hope u appreciate all the work i did 2 get u this answer. Pleeze read it all i worked so hard.

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
If you give alms openly, it is well and good; but if you hide them and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and He will remit from you many of your evil deeds. And Allah is Aware of what you do.
No blame lies on the weak, nor on the sick, nor on those who find naught to spend, if they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger. There is no cause of reproach against those who do good deeds; and Allah is Most Forging, Merciful,
They ask thee what they shall spend. Say, 'Whatever of good and abundant wealth you spend should be for parents and near relatives and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer. And whatever good you do, surely Allah knows it perfectly well.'
