what can my dad do to work in us as a teacher ,we just immigrated ,i heard he has to take a lot of classes

If he wants to teach in the U.S. he will probably have to get a Masters degree or a PhD and teach at the University or college level.
He might be able to get a secondary level teaching credential but he would have to spend a year taking classes and student teaching. In addition there is not much call for sociology teachers at the high school level.

I think it would be difficult to find a job for socioogist as this is related to the region mostly. Your father may try to teach in high-schools or in Indian schools.
