I love those little peanut butter blossom cookies (they're called many variants of this name, too) with the hershey's kisses in the middle.

But I'm sure there are many variants out there. One time, I made a batch with all different kinds of chocolates... caramel centered, peanut butter centered... and substituted the sugar you roll the cookie dough balls in for non pareils or just colored sugar.

I really like Swedish Heirloom cookies because they are good to serve when your family comes for the holidays. It also has almond nuts in them and they are covered in powdered sugar.
