Here's my favorite recipe!
Mint Chocolate Fudge
1 10 oz. package of mint chocolate chips
1 7 oz. container of marshmallow creme
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes (still stirring) and remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased or foil-lined 8x8 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
My mom used to make this every Christmas. Now I like to make it - in fact, I have a pan in the fridge right now and it's quite tasty!

I'll resist any notion of answering with "pack" or "packing" in the answer. The best fudge I ever made was the recipe on the back of Krafts Marshmallow cream. But, if you're doing ti from "scratch" (no pun intended) use really good chocolate.

if you live in san francisco. i strongly suggest you go try out the fudge in Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. it's better than anywhere else, but i don't know if they are gonna tell you the recipe. they will tell you the ingredients i guess. the cook arranged a little from the original recipe so it's even better than other RMCF
if you are there early some random morning you can see the cook is making it.
