A guy has to ask her out. It is like asking a question to a friend. Don't ask a question like a jerk (like in the movies). It happen to me before and I regret it. If the girl likes you, It doesn't mean to say she will go out with you. You have to plan for it. By the way, do you know where you wanna go? Does she want to go there? Just ask her out. If she says NO, she is only playing with you.

First you are the guy - you are suppose to ask the girl out but if are to much of a chicken **** to do it then i would flirt a like more and make it notciable that you want her. If you want just ask her out in the notes. It is a little easier then person and some girls think thats cute.
