Cool Whip is made from fats, emulsifiers and water, with carregen and other thickeners, any fruit flavour are artifically made with a flavour based, no fruit would enter it, as the breakdown during freezing and acids would compromise the consistancy, dairy percentage may only be higher in the Extra Creamy variety available in the US.
Because I was a chef for 20 yrs and Cool Whip is considered Kosher as it has not animal or meat product in the process.

As far as I know, cool whip has no fruit in it unless it's flavored with strawberry or something. Otherwise, it's just cream and sugar pretty much.
