Is there an organization or someone who can help with how "screwed" up the Medicaid system is in Indiana? Who do there supervisors report to? Why do caseworkers not follow thru with clients and return phone calls? Why do they give you deadlines and they don't keep up with there end of the deadline?
Who can help? If caseworkers do not want to help, then DO NOT TAKE THE JOB! Our people need help. Not everybody lives in Geist. Some people really do NOT have any help. Who can help. and most of all, who really cares?

I don't live in Indiana any more but my sister does and she has a very ill son and she is having massive problems with her case worker. She can't find any help either. It seems to be a real problem you could try the news paper or call your local politicians. Those are my suggestions. Good luck!

I wish I knew, but I totally agree with you about government workers. Where do they find these losers? I'd be happy to hold those secure positions. It's not everyone though, but I don't find many.
