Actually, they do all sorts of things. Meals, cleaning, shoppin, respite care(giving the caregiver a break). Call your local Office On Aging. Also, homehealth care is a good option, if you are looking for nursing, physical therapy, nurse aids, social work, etc. They even give baths.
